Cancellation policy

All cancellations of accommodation or registration and dinner must be made in writing to Confedent International at casemix2010-at-confedent.fi All possible refunds will be made after the conference at the exchange rate of the refund date. The organizers or the conference office cannot be held responsible for a possible loss caused by alterations in exchange rates.

Registration fees, dinner ticket and accommodation deposits:

· cancellation received by or on 30th April 2010, full refund less administrative costs of Eur 50

· cancellation received on or after 1st May 2010, no refund will be made

· there will be no refund for no-shows.
